मनाचे श्लोक १४५ सदा वीषयो चिंतितां जीव जाला

सदा विषयांचे चिंतन केल्याने जीव विषयमय झाला; अहंभाव आणि अज्ञान जन्माला आले. विवेकाने सदा आपल्या स्वरूपात भरून राहावे; उगमीच (मूळ स्वरूपात) राहिल्यास स्वभावतः जन्म नाही.

By ever brooding on sense-objects the soul became bound to them; ego and ignorance were born. Through discernment abide always in your true self; resting at the source, there is naturally no rebirth.
